Open the app and select the cryptocurrency you’ll be sending or receiving. Find “Deposit” and click on the button.

Currently, you can top up your balance with cash or by using another crypto wallet. Also, a card top-up option will be added soon.

The top-up process takes just a few seconds.

It depends on the network load of the specific cryptocurrency and can take from a few seconds to an hour.

The minimum top-up amount at an offline point is $100, and the maximum is $100,000.

Of course! You can easily exchange cryptocurrencies after downloading the app and depositing USDT to your balance through an exchange point. Then, in the app, simply select the desired asset and exchange it for USDT.

Exchanges are done through exchange points, which you can find by downloading the app. After downloading the app, go to the “Exchange Points” section and choose a convenient point on the map.

The rate is determined based on market price, with no hidden fees in the rate.

The commission depends on the amount of funds you hold in your GIM account. The larger your balance, the lower the commission.

The fees are set by our partners – the offline points, and include the USDT/USD rate. Due to slight volatility, the fees may change every day (sometimes several times a day) and will vary for each specific offline point. You can see the fee when selecting a specific offline point in the app. The fee starts from 0%.

USDT – 1.5% (minimum 5 USDT);
BTC – there are two types of fees:
fast (2-3 hours) – 0.0005 BTC
normal (within 24 hours) – 0.00015 BTC;
ETH – 0.005 ETH (the fee may be changed in case of an increase in the
Ethereum network fee);

Currently, you can deposit 4 cryptocurrencies – USDT, BTC, ETH, TRX. The fee is only charged for small deposits to cover our costs for AML verification of the cleanliness of the cryptocurrency and transaction costs.

The fee is charged as follows:
BTC – 0.00005 BTC if the deposit is less than 0.005 BTC;
ETH – in the amount of the Network fee on the Ethereum network if the deposit is less than 2.5 ETH;
USDT – 5 USDT if the deposit is less than 300 USDT;
3 TRX if the deposit is less than 5000 TRX;

If the deposit amount is less than or equal to the fee amount, the fee is charged for the entire deposit amount

On the main screen of the application or in the USDT menu, select Deposit/Withdraw USDT and give/receive cash. Then enter the corresponding amount and choose an offline point that suits you in terms of location, limits, and confirm your choice. A request will be generated, and a code can be generated. Note that the code is saved for 10 minutes, so it is worth generating it in close proximity to the offline point (in any case, this code can be re-generated by selecting this transaction in the USDT menu). As the route on the map leads you to the desired address, generate the code and tell it to the cashier. After you give the cashier the cash or receive it, the application will show that the transaction is completed, and the funds will either be deducted or appear in the application (depending on the request).

Click on the menu button (gear icon – iOS) in the upper left corner and select “Transaction History”.

AML verification is necessary to check the origin of the cryptocurrency and ensure that it did not come from unsafe sources. By verifying the cleanliness of the cryptocurrency, we protect our clients from fraud, stolen coins, and possible problems with this cryptocurrency in the future from law enforcement agencies and blocks by other services.
